Paul and Herman Gill have grown up in the South Okanagan, with a family background in orchards and vineyards that dates back to the early 80s. The Gill brothers used their business and family farming background to create Sonora Desert Winery – located in Osoyoos BC.
The Gill brothers learned the wine making art from their uncle’s winery which is also located in the South Okanagan. Trying to introduce a more welcoming and inclusive wine experience, the Gill brother’s wines are no different – approachable, creative and well rounded.
