My name is Richard Boulier and I know the Similkameen Okanagan very well. My Grandfather Clarence was the first BC Tel repairman in the area and played Santa Claus every year in Princeton. My father was born in Princeton and was a renowned Chef in the Canadian Forces and I continued on the tradition of cooking since I was 20 years old. I’ve spent the last few summers Cheffing around the Oliver area and I realized there wasn’t a concise, accurate and helpful service for those people who want to the visit this beautiful part of British Columbia.
